Hi, I’m Kara — the founder of Your Admin Specialists
YAS was created from my own experience working in administration and business management for over 15 years. I’ve seen firsthand the pressure business owners face trying to do everything themselves — managing clients, staff, emails, bookings, and paperwork — all while trying to grow their business and still have a life outside of work.
I started YAS because I wanted to change that.
My goal was simple: to create a service that genuinely supports business owners.
Not just to “do the admin,” but to become a reliable part of their team — someone they can trust to help keep their business running smoothly.
My background is in business management, insurance, and customer service, and I’ve always been passionate about organisation, efficiency, and helping businesses succeed.
But more than anything, I understand what it feels like to carry the weight of responsibility — which is why YAS was built on trust, reliability, and real support.
